We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom with Royal Mail. Every order is tracked, and you choose the service at checkout.
Services and prices
The delivery price depends on the total weight and size of your order. You see the exact price in your basket and on the payment page before you pay.

When your order is sent
Orders are packed and handed to Royal Mail as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 working days. Delivery times above start from the day Royal Mail collects your parcel.
Tracking
Royal Mail sends tracking updates to the email address and phone number you give at checkout.
Large or heavy orders
Orders over 20kg can't be sent through the website. Email damo.estore@gmail.com and we'll arrange delivery.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, email damo.estore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.
