Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on damoestore.co.uk. DAMO E-STORE is a trading name of DAMO LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16820182. Contact: damo.estore@gmail.com.

Orders

When you pay, you'll receive an email receipt. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order has been sent. If we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only for the dates shown, can't be exchanged for cash, and apply to products, not delivery. One code per order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See our delivery information.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our returns and refunds policy. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
